We are a communication agency, but not a traditional one.
We are a cooperative of independent, experienced marketing communication professionals who want to create great & efficient advertising for our business partners and offer them a high level of participation.

Everyone who works for the new agency becomes a cooperator/member and an equal shareholder. → full co-ownership and participation in the decision making process.
Business partners (advertisers / clients) automatically become part of the Advisory Board with full access to all financial figures of the cooperative. → complete transparency.

When is the official start of the new agency?
That depends on when the first advertisers are ready to become our first business partners. As soon as we have a signed agreement, we (the cooperators/members) will go to the notary to take care of the necessary legal formalities and the new agency (a cooperative – cvba/scrl) will be born.
From the very start, we will apply for membership of the ACC and we will work in accordance with the UBA/ACC contract and ethical standards.

What is the name of the new agency?
We don’t have a name yet.
We will choose one, together with our very first clients / business partners. After all, we are participative entrepreneurs and we aim to practice what we preach.
What we do have, is a slogan: ‘Do The Right Thing’.

What services does the new agency offer?
All services advertisers expect from a good communication partner. Strategic consultancy, concept creation, account handling, graphic design, web development, production supervision,…
During the start-up period, some of these services will be executed by freelancers or external suppliers.
As the cooperative continues to develop, we will expand our range of services.

Experienced marketing communication professionals who are currently working for an agency or as freelancer.
For the moment, Geert Keyaerts will act as the founding father and contact person.
